Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 1-4 business days before shipping.

We ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, Europe, and practically everywhere else in the world.

NB! Please note that all products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries might also have to pay customs and import fees.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at info@sharksupp.com with the following details:

1. Your order number.
2. A description of the item(s) you want to return.
3. The reason for the return (optional but helpful for us).

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging, but we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
2. Contact us immediately at info@sharksupp.com with photos of the item and a brief description of the problem.

We’ll review your case promptly and work to resolve it, either by providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering another suitable solution.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

1. Return the original item by following the return process.
2. Once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. To qualify for this return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations may apply unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from the approval date, please contact us at info@sharksupp.com, and we’ll investigate further.
